As part of the third release in the Manyo ink series, Ayame is a dual shading fountain pen ink so it shades different colours than the base colour when pooling into areas of high and low concentration on the page.

Ayame is a green grey that shades purple and grey although the colour will vary between bottles and across different papers. Manyo issmooth-flowing water-based dye ink that comes in an elegant 50mL square glass bottle.
